Guiding adults to move beyond your traumatic past to live more fully in the present where it is safe to feel your emotions, your body, and be connected with your adult self. Being embodied is the key to living in the present rather than your traumatic past.

On the outside you appear successful, but when you slow down or try to relax, your nervous system kicks into high alert. So you can’t stop. You have to keep going.

 

Your intimate relationships are draining and a struggle to maintain, but you can’t be alone, either. You feel an emptiness and a lack of fulfillment no matter how much you accomplish.

You have tried to cope on your own but your triggers, as well as your stress, are getting worse.

I get it. I believe that triggers are opportunities for healing and growth and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel for you.
